My Philosophy on Litigation
I make every effort to reach agreements and avoid litigation, especially in matters of child custody, because of the potential negative impact on any child involved in a child custody dispute. But, I know that some cases cannot be negotiated away. If and when it's time to fight, I'm ready to go.
